The idea – why we offer the travel guarantee
We think that everyone who pays a deposit really wants to come on holiday and spend their time with us in Harmls. For whatever reason you can’t make it to Flachau is up to you.
We do not ask for a doctor’s certificate or any other document telling us why you have to cancel your holiday. It’s not that we aren’t interested in what happened to you, but it’s not necessary for our formalities.

Call, mail, send a fax or a letter
"We are not able to come on our holiday. Please credit our deposit for our next stay. We will get back to you” or “We will arrive 3 days later than booked” or “Can we change the dates? Have you got availability?” “We need to leave a day earlier”... whatever your reason, if you have our travel guarantee you won’t face a cancellation fee or any other charges.

Transaction of deposit
you work out how much your travel guarantee comes to and add that to the deposit (EUR 200 per studio or aparment) and transfer that amount into our account. Now, come what may, you won’t lose any money if you have to cancel your holiday. We will keep the deposit for your next stay.
If you do not want to buy our travel guarantee just put “without travel guarantee” in the subject line on  the transaction. Without the travel guarantee, in case of a cancellation, we will have to charge according to the Austrian Hotel conventions.
